Because all sets are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. If you’re unsure, a sizing kit is always the safest option. If it appears that only a few of your nails aren't the correct size, you can purchase replacement nails.

Yes. Custom Design Sets are welcome. You can request changes to colours, details, or commission a completely bespoke set.

First, get in touch via Instagram or email with your ideas so that we can discuss every aspect of your design. With the information you provide, including size, shape & length, you'll be advised as to which Design Level to purchase. This will reflect the intricacy of your design and a corresponding price.

Each order includes:

• Your handmade press‑on nails
• Full application kit: 2x alcohol wipes, 1x nail glue tube, 1x cuticle stick, 1x buffer
• Application & removal instructions
• Some free goodies

Add-ons can be purchased to enhance your experience e.g. sticky tabs, cuticle oils.

Full instructions are included with your order. Proper prep is key — clean, buffed nails will give the longest wear time.

Soak nails in warm, soapy water and add a little bit of cuticle oil to gently loosen them. Never force or pull nails off. In-depth instructions are supplies with every order.
