With good, careful prep prior to application, your nails have a good chance of lasting 2-3 weeks.

For long-wear like this, use the nail glue supplied.

For shorter-term wear, I’d recommend applying them with sticky tabs. These are little gel tabs that you can apply to the press on, peel off the plastic covering and then press on to your natural nail. Application with these tabs is ideal if you’re only wanting to wear your nails for a night out, or just a couple of days.

All orders come with a little leaflet walking you through the steps for both application and removal. In total, they take about 20 minutes each (if you’re thorough with prep).

All orders are supplied with an application kit, consisting of: 1x nail glue tube, 1x mini file, 1x cuticle stick & 2x alcohol wipes.

This is enough equipment to be able to re-wear your nails a few times, but if require any extra alcohol wipes, sticky tabs etc., don’t hesitate to ask!

There are many factors that can lead to your nails popping off prematurely; again, it’s so important to follow the application instructions very carefully!

Some of the main causes for premature lifting and popping off are:

• Incorrect sizing: press ons should fit comfortably when applied, fitting side wall to side wall without the nail overhanging onto your skin; when putting them on, you shouldn’t have to apply any pressure in order to ‘flatten’ them onto your natural nail.
• Inadequate prep: if you rush when buffing your nail, shiny bits will remain which the glue will not adhere to; likewise, if you don’t properly wipe off the dust after filing, they will also not adhere.
• Excess water, lotions and oils before and after application: when you’re wanting to apply your new nails, refrain from washing your hands etc. for a while to minimize any moisture on the nails.
• Your nails are jewels, not tools: pick a shape & length that is suitable for your lifestyle, but still have fun with them!

I absolutely welcome any changes to colour combos, little details etc.

For example, if you’ve found a set you really like, but aren’t a fan of the little star embellishments, we can take them off. If it’s a change that can easily be explained, just leave a note in the ‘order special instructions’ box at checkout.

There are 4 price points for custom designs: simple (£15.95), moderate (£18.95), intricate (£22.95) & extreme (£27.95).

Once we work out what you want, I’ll advise you which one to buy that reflects the intricacy of the design; you can purchase them here.

Here are the estimated delivery times once dispatched: 

UK (first class) - 1-2 business days, free shipping on orders over £30, option to upgrade to 24 hour tracked.

EU (standard international) - 2-11 business days, free shipping on orders over £45, option to upgrade to tracked delivery.

Rest of world (standard international) - 3-17 business days, free shipping on orders over £45 option to upgrade to tracked delivery.

I would recommend upgrading to tracked whenever possible as I cannot be held responsible for a package lost in transit when you have chosen untracked shipping.

I can also not be held responsible for shipping delays or delays caused by customs; by placing an order, you’re accepting these terms.

I gladly accept cancellations upto 24 hours after purchase. If this timeframe has been surpased, please get in contact; if your order hasn't been started, cancelling will not be a problem. If it has, we can discuss another option!

Due to the nature of my products (hand-made, made to order), I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a physical issue with the product (i.e. damaged in transit, a nail missing) which then I will do everything I can to resolve this for you.

I cannot be held responsible if the wrong size or shape has been ordered, or if any of the information on my site has been overlooked. I aim to provide you with detailed information on every aspect of the ordering process, products and how to use them in order to make your press on nail journey as easy as possible. 

I can only accept returned orders & issue a refund if they meet these requirements:

• The design isn't a custom one, it's a set that has been purchased under the 'shop all' tab with a set price.
• The nails were made in a pre-set size (S, M or L), not in your own custom measurements.
• When the nails arrive after the return, they are in the same condition as when they were sent out (e.g. none are missing).
• None have been used (i.e. can't have glue on the back).
• The application kit is in its original condition (e.g. glue unopened & unused, alcohol wipe unopened etc.).

Once we have agreed you should return your nails, you'll recieve a Royal Mail tracked postage label via email. When your nails have arrived back with me & I have assessed the condition, you'll recieve a full refund.
