I gladly accept cancellations upto 24 hours after purchase. If this timeframe has been surpased, please get in contact; if your order hasn't been started, cancelling will not be a problem. If it has, we can discuss another option!
Due to the nature of my products (hand-made, made to order), I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a physical issue with the product (i.e. damaged in transit, a nail missing) which then I will do everything I can to resolve this for you.
I cannot be held responsible if the wrong size or shape has been ordered, or if any of the information on my site has been overlooked. I aim to provide you with detailed information on every aspect of the ordering process, products and how to use them in order to make your press on nail journey as easy as possible.
I can only accept returned orders & issue a refund if they meet these requirements:
- The design isn't a custom one, it's a set that has been purchased under the 'shop all' tab with a set price.
- The nails were made in a pre-set size (S, M or L), not in your own custom measurements.
- When the nails arrive after the return, they are in the same condition as when they were sent out (e.g. none are missing).
- None have been used (i.e. can't have glue on the back).
- The application kit is in its original condition (e.g. glue unopened & unused, alcohol wipe unopened etc.).
Once we have agreed you should return your nails, you'll recieve a Royal Mail tracked postage label via email. When your nails have arrived back with me & I have assessed the condition, you'll recieve a full refund.
